AWD # DMI-9901806 – NSF – SBIR Phase II, “Complete Software System for 3D Surface Modeling of Anatomy from 2D sections” , July 1, 1999 – June 30, 2001. Thomas McCracken PI, 6 months/year. This grant and DMI-9761590 were to develop a “platform agnostic” 3D modeling app written in Java that could be used to do the complete modeling job from importing an image set to segmentation to output of a complete tessellated surface.
