Convert Text To Path Group bug
Convert Text To Path Group doesn't handle superscript & subscript correctly. The baseline gets flipped. This should be fixed in a subsequent release.
Changes To Document Properties Not Undoable
Right now changes to any of the document properties such as flipped, scale, margins etc can not be undone. This should be fixed in a subsequent release.
Text Printing Bug
There is a bug where a text object that is in a part of the canvas that isn't visible when printing may print incorrectly. This only happens if the document was opened and the text was not visible when the document opened and the document was printed right away before any editing or scroling might bring the text into view. This should be fixed in a subsequent release.
Pather Installation Bug
This one has pretty much pegged my wierd-stuff'o'meter.
My son, Alex, wanted a copy of DoodleCAD on the old G4 Desktop computer which is still using Panther. We discovered that the Text Tool wouldn't select. On further fooling around I finally figured out that, for some odd reason, Panther was renaming some of the icon images that were being used for the Polygon tool menu. The images names were changed from all lower case to all upper case letters thereby messing up the polygon tool item which caused problems with the text tool item.
This is very strange indeed and I have yet to understand what might be happening. The good news is that it seems to only happen when sneaker-netting the application from one computer to another via a jump drive or CD and only when the target machine is running Panther (OS X 10.3).
If you copy from one machine to another (Panther) using the internet connection or if you make a zip archive of the application before copying everything is fine.
